Absent Justice - Crimes Against the COT claimants

Learn about horrendous crimes, unscrupulous criminals, corrupt politicians, and the lawyers who control the legal profession in Australia. Shameful, hideous, and treacherous are just a few words that describe these lawbreakers.

Thank you, Margaret, from the USA. I won’t mention the names of those needing help locating files. In response to your message about confirming whether the Australian 008/1800 billing issues were systemic and impacted up to 120,000 Australian citizens, you can find the information by clicking on the two following links Absent Justice Part 2 - Chapter 14 - Was it Legal or Illegal? and Chapter 1 - Can We Fix The CAN

Jane from Sydney. Evidence suggests that Senators believed, in at least one case, that the Queensland Mental Health Act was being misused to pressure COT Cases into believing they had a vivid imagination, though it was later determined that one individual who took her complaint to the Queensland Police was of sound mind. Textbooks explain the Cultural Revolution – in which hundreds of thousands of people were killed and millions more abused and traumatised – as a political movement started and led by Mao “by mistake,” but in reality it was a massive catastrophe for which we all bear responsibility.

"On May 16, 1966, I was practicing calligraphy with my 37 classmates when a high-pitched voice came from the school’s loudspeaker, announcing the central government’s decision to start what it called a “Cultural Revolution.”

It was my first year of junior high, I was just 13.

“Fellow students, we must closely follow Chairman Mao,” the speaker bellowed. “Get out of the classroom! Devote yourselves to the Cultural Revolution!”

Two boys rushed out of door, heading to the playground yelling something.

I left more slowly, holding hands with my best friend Haiyun as we followed everyone else outside.

It would be my last normal day of school."

“Only I know from personal experience that your story is true, otherwise I would find it difficult to believe. I was amazed and impressed with the thorough, detailed work you have done in your efforts to find justice”

“A number of people seem to be experiencing some or all of the problems which you have outlined to me. …

“I trust that your meeting tomorrow with Senators Alston and Boswell is a profitable one.”

“I am writing in reference to your article in last Friday’s Herald-Sun (2nd April 1993) about phone difficulties experienced by businesses.

I wish to confirm that I have had problems trying to contact Cape Bridgewater Holiday Camp over the past 2 years.

I also experienced problems while trying to organise our family camp for September this year. On numerous occasions I have rung from both this business number 053 424 675 and also my home number and received no response – a dead line.

I rang around the end of February (1993) and twice was subjected to a piercing noise similar to a fax. I reported this incident to Telstra who got the same noise when testing.”

“…the very large number of persons that had been forced into an arbitration process and have been obliged to settle as a result of the sheer weight that Telstra has brought to bear on them as a consequence where they have faced financial ruin if they did not settle…”
