Taking on the Establishment

PLEASE NOTE: as of 11 June 2022 this page is still being created and is in draft format only:- thank you.

But the disregard the Liberal Coalition government unconsionable conduct towards its citizens goes back even before that to the Vietnam where they forced the young two-year conscripts to go to war in  Vietnam to fight along side our New Zealand and USA brothers who were also dying and being mamed by North Vietnam Vietcong garila.

Absent Justice - Australia

Who really is in control of parliament house Canberra?

On 23 May 2021, Peta Credlin, Barrister, Solicitor, and onetime Chief of Staff to The Hon Tony Abbott (Prime Minister of Australia) now a high profile Australian media guru and TV host wrote a very interesting article in the Herald Sun newspaper under the heading:

"...Beware The Pen Pusher Po ubble, almost no one knows their names. But take it from me, these people matter”.

When ministers turn over with bewildering rapidity, or are not "take charge" type department secretaries and the deputy secretaries below them can easily become the de facto government of our country".

Since the start of the 2013, across Labor and now Liberal governments, we’ve had five prime ministers, five treasures, five attorneys-general, seven defence ministers, six education ministers, four health ministers and six trade Ministers”.

I find this article to be somewhat frightening to say the least. Frightening because Peta Credlin hit the nail squarely on the head in May 2021. Who are these faceless bureaucrats who have effectively placed Australia in the position we now find ourselves in the Solomon Islands.

To fully observe the depth of what I am saying on this website concerning Australia's powerfull bureaucrats, please click on to either Chapter 7- Vietnam-Vietcong or Taking on the Establishment

These pages show nothing had changed since the 1960s when Australian bureaucrats advised the government that trading with The People’s Republic of China during the Vietnam War when China was assisting the North Vietnamese in killing and maiming as many Australian, New Zealand, and US troops as possible, it was OK.

Did these bureaucrats believe our soldiers and those of New Zealand and the USA were just collateral damage?  Despite Australian politicians warning Australia's Establishment that it was wrong and immoral to continue this practice of trading with the enemy Australia still closed her eyes to this very sorry saga.

The following three statements taken from a report prepared by Australia's Kim Beasly MP on 4 September 1965 only tells part of this tragic episode concerning Australia's wheat deals

(see  Vol. 87 No. 4462 (4 Sep 1965) - National Library of Australiahttps://nla.gov.au › nla.obj-702601569

"The Department of External Affairs has recently published an "Information Handbook entitled "Studies on Vietnam" .  It established the fact that the Vietcong are equipped with Chinese arms and ammunition"

If it is right to ask Australian youth to risk everything in Vietnam it is wrong to supply their enemies"

Australian trade commssioners do not so readily see that our Chinese trade in war materials finances our own distruction. NDr do they see so clearly that the wheat trade does the same thing."

Absent Justice - The Peoples Republic of China

This sacrifice by Australia, New Zealand and the USA has been forgotten by China

Australia fed the starving Chinese at the expense of Australia, New Zealand and the USA soldiers fighting in Vietnam. Fifty years on, this sacrifice has been forgotten by CHINA

1 July 2021 — The editorial in The Australian Financial Review of August 28, 1967 argues why Australia's position on wheat sales to China was rational. (https://www.afr.com › World › Asia - How Australia defied US to sell wheat to a famine-starved China

While the Financial Review might argue that supplying wheat to a starving China saved many Chinese lives, one must also ask how many Australian, New Zealand and USA lives were lost after Australia's wheat went into the bellies of the North Vietnam - Vietcong soldiers who, after eating that wheat went out into the jungle to kill as many Aussie, Kiwi and USA troops as they could.

It will be apparent to most who view  that my CHINA incident did become part of my COT story, whether I like it or not.

STOP PRESS

Because of the seriousness of the most recent China and Solomon Islands sign security pact, Beijing says it is 'not directed at any third party' amid Pacific influence fears, I have highlighed this issue on Taking on the Establishment or Australian Federal Police / Chapter 7- VietCong

In my eyes, this blunder goes back years and years and is related to the Australian government not listening to officials in the Labor government back in the 1960s, that to trade with China at that time will finance our own distruction. What did Australia's Kim Beasly MP on 4 September 1965 on 4 September 1965 when he said " Chinese trade in war materials finances our own distruction" ?

on 18 September 1967, concerning the selling of Australia's wheat to The Peoples Republic of China, who was then redistributing it to North Vietnam while North Vietnam - Vietcong guerillas were slaughtering Australia, New Zealand, and USA soldiers.

Is there a link between ACMA (their government officials) being allowed to committ crimes against me during my arbitration and my youthful passion and anger aimed at the government in the 1960s for trading with the Peoples Republic of China? At the same time, Australia, New Zealand and USA troops were being killed and maimed in North Vietnam?

Anyone who spends an hour clicking on the various menu dropdowns above will see for themselves my story proves what I am saying about the unethical way the above-mentioned arbitrations were conducted. So why has the government not acted on the evidence so readably available to view on absentjustice.com? Are my claims that very crooked government bureaucrats made a lot of money out of selling grain to China even though they knew some of it was being shipped to North Vietnam to assist it is wat effort against the USA, New Zealand and Australia.

With the talk of the possibility of China being interested in building a navy base in the Solomons, among other installations, Australia should be reminded of what we did to assist China in their hour of need in the 1960s at the expense of our young citizens fighting in North Vietnam.

While the Financial Review might argue that supplying wheat to a starving China saved many lives, we must also ask how many Australian, New Zealand and US lives were lost after Australian wheat went to feed North Vietnam soldiers who then went into the jungle to kill as many Aussie, Kiwi and US troops as possible.

The Australian Financial Review editorial of 1 July 2021 argues that Australia’s position on wheat sales to China was rational. (How Australia defied US to sell wheat to a famine-starved China)

Who in the Australian Establishment in the 1960s decided whose lives were more important to save – the starving Chinese or the Aussie, Kiwi and US troops fighting a war they did not want to fight?

Absent Justice - Australia

Why didn't Australia's government listen to what Kim Beasly MP was saying in September 1965?

1 July 2021 — The editorial in The Australian Financial Review of August 28, 1967 argues why Australia's position on wheat sales to China was rational. (https://www.afr.com › World › Asia - How Australia defied US to sell wheat to a famine-starved China

In the Australian Establishment back in the 1960s, who operated the scales to balance whose lives were the more important to save, the starving Chinese or the Aussie, Kiwi and USA troops fighting a war they did not want to fight?

No one transparantly investigated my claims. Not once did any government official ask me how I discovered China was sending Australian wheat to Vietnam, even though the President of the United States of America, L.B Johnson, had branded Australia two faced.

In January 2015, I provided official documentation to the office of the Prime Minister of Australia confirming, on 28 June 1967, in Melbourne, I signed onto a ship MS Hopepeak, crewed by British and West Indian seaman. A British Seaman's Union representative informed me that the vessel was bound for Canada.

MS Hopepeak - Absent Justice

I was NOT informed the ship was bound for The Peoples Repubic of China. It was only the following day, after I had signed articles (see British Seamans Record Book R744269 Open Letter to PM File No 1 Alan Smiths Seaman), that I was informed we were bound for for the Peoples Republic of China.

AUTHORS COMMENT:

it was vital for me to discuss the China issues at the beginning of my story so that the reader might compare what I am saying about Australia's Establishment is closer to the truth than what Australia's  politicians want to admit.

It is unbelievable for the Liberal-Country Coalition to have placed Australian troops in the life-threatening circumstances as they did for their political point-scoring To have done this while trading with the enemy, using so many young lives here in AustraliaNew Zealand and the USA as collateral damage, is a betrayal of the worse possible kind.

Possibly worse is the fact that Australia's bureaucrats continued to trade with China for so long after being aware China was assisting North Vietnam (the enemy) while that enemy was killing our youths and the youths of our allies.

This deplorable act shows that Australia's bureaucratic advisors think differently from most Australians, and those on other western nations. This unbalanced system of justice s part of the reason I am still fighting to be heard concerning the sixteen Australian citizens' that were denied the arbitration documents they so drastically needed to support their claims (see An Injustice to the remaining 16 Australian citizens).

It was not just evil and shameful, it was disgusting and horrendous misconduct conduct by an arbitration to have allowed Telstra to act is such a corrupt manner during arbitration.

“…the very large number of persons that had been forced into an arbitration process and have been obliged to settle as a result of the sheer weight that Telstra has brought to bear on them as a consequence where they have faced financial ruin if they did not settle…”

Senator Carr

“A number of people seem to be experiencing some or all of the problems which you have outlined to me. …

“I trust that your meeting tomorrow with Senators Alston and Boswell is a profitable one.”

Hon David Hawker MP

“…your persistence to bring about improvements to Telecom’s country services. I regret that it was at such a high personal cost.”

Hon David Hawker

“Only I know from personal experience that your story is true, otherwise I would find it difficult to believe. I was amazed and impressed with the thorough, detailed work you have done in your efforts to find justice”

Sister Burke

“…your persistence to bring about improvements to Telecom’s country services. I regret that it was at such a high personal cost.”

The Hon David Hawker MP

“I am writing in reference to your article in last Friday’s Herald-Sun (2nd April 1993) about phone difficulties experienced by businesses.

I wish to confirm that I have had problems trying to contact Cape Bridgewater Holiday Camp over the past 2 years.

I also experienced problems while trying to organise our family camp for September this year. On numerous occasions I have rung from both this business number 053 424 675 and also my home number and received no response – a dead line.

I rang around the end of February (1993) and twice was subjected to a piercing noise similar to a fax. I reported this incident to Telstra who got the same noise when testing.”
