ALP MP portrait removed from NT parliament | Canberra, ACT

"A portrait of former Labor senator Bob Collins has been removed from display in the Northern Territory Parliament more than a decade after the first calls to take it down. The 61-year-old took his own life in September 2007, three days before he was to face court charged with 21 child-sex offences dating back 30 years".

When there were calls to take this portrait down from the Northern Parliament House is when the Australian Government should have reinvestigated the withholding COT related documents from Senator Bob Collin's office.

Contempt of the Senate can mean a two-year jail term. Senator Chris Schacht stated on 9 July 1998 during an In-Camera Senate Committee debate that awarding compensation to only the 'litmus COT test cases' being investigated by the Senate would be an injustice to the remaining 16 COT still unresolved Cases who were also on the senate schedule "B" list to be investigated as discussed above.

Two of the five litmus test cases mentioned above Graham Schorer and Ann Garms, and at lease two of the remaining sixteen COT Cases Maureen Gillan and me had requested documents from Senator Bob Collin's office when he was investigating our telecommunications faults raised with his office in 1993. Robin Davey Chairman of the Australian Communications Regulator AUSTEL on behalf of at least four of the twenty-one COT Cases had also been discussing our ongoing problems with Senator Bob Collins. And here, the Senate was now providing only some of those requested documents to the 'five COT litmus test cases' and not the remaining 16 cases.

The reason I have used the paedophile activities in parliament house link is because when it is intertwined with what Telstra executives, the government, and Warwick Smith allowed Telstra to do during the Casulalties of Telstra arbitration's as it so clearly shows on the Home page and below.

Absent Justice - Cape Bridgewater Holiday Camp and Residence

The fact that a secondary fax machine installed in Telstra’s network during the arbitration process intercepted this document (see Hacking-Julian Assange File No 26) is another reason why this illegal interception of legal in-confidence documents should have been investigated during our arbitrations, when these illegal acts were first discovered.

How can the Australian government who endorsed our arbitrations continue to ignor that the central points of our claim at arbitration was not taken into account by the arbitrator and how no amount of effort to have these points addressed bore any fruit. How, in the course of all these travesties, the regulatory bodies — Austel (for the government) and the TIO (for the carriers) — failed to exercise any control over Telstra to the point where they could reasonably be seen as acting in concert.

We were to later discover the possibility that another reason to why our arbitration faxes to the arbitrator and out arbitration advisers were being screended before they were redirected onto their intended destination. Was this hacking into those documents set up to find out what we COT Cases had uncovered concerning the paedophile activitity by the main investigator to our Telstra issues?

The sentator in charge of investigating our claims had been raping aboriginal children in his parliament house office in Canberra.

Absent Justice - Deception Continues

The Senator

Worse, we had been tricked into signing a confidentiality clause that has hampered all of our efforts since. This particular Senator committed suicide almost a decade after our arbitrations concluded before this Senator was to be charged with those offences. We COT Cases have been unable to have our claims of misconduct by parties involved in our ongoing telephone problems before and during our arbitrations, including this particular Senator.

This denial of documents to the COT Cases appears to be intertwined into the confidentiality agreement, which forbids anyone to discuss the COT arbitrations. Was this non-release of the documents we COT Cases jointly requested and singularly due to the possibility that one document here and one document there might end up exposing these paedophile activities in parliament house Canberra?

What do you think? Are we imagining it or has there really been massive corruption and collusion on the part of public servants, politicians, regulatory bodies and Telstra themselves, to protect Telstra to the detriment of Australian rural businesses? We our faxes being hacked for arbitration related issues or to see what we COT Cases might know about this paedophile Senator

‘Absent Justice’

In Alan Smith’s book he shows us the twisting path of government arbitration,
the ways it can go wrong and how to make sure it doesn’t go wrong for you...

All of the main events as quoted in this unbelievable true crime story are supported by copies of the original freedom of Information documents on Alan's website

Without those documents, most people would really struggle to believe that public officials and their lawyers committed the illegal offences they did.

Using the acquired evidence that can be downloaded from is possibly a world first.

“Only I know from personal experience that your story is true, otherwise I would find it difficult to believe. I was amazed and impressed with the thorough, detailed work you have done in your efforts to find justice”

Sister Burke

“A number of people seem to be experiencing some or all of the problems which you have outlined to me. …

“I am writing in reference to your article in last Friday’s Herald-Sun (2nd April 1993) about phone difficulties experienced by businesses.

I wish to confirm that I have had problems trying to contact Cape Bridgewater Holiday Camp over the past 2 years.

I also experienced problems while trying to organise our family camp for September this year. On numerous occasions I have rung from both this business number 053 424 675 and also my home number and received no response – a dead line.

I rang around the end of February (1993) and twice was subjected to a piercing noise similar to a fax. I reported this incident to Telstra who got the same noise when testing.”

Cathy Lindsey

“…the very large number of persons that had been forced into an arbitration process and have been obliged to settle as a result of the sheer weight that Telstra has brought to bear on them as a consequence where they have faced financial ruin if they did not settle…”
