Bribery and Corruption

Check out the corruption and treachery within the Australian arbitration system (see Corruption in Arbitration). Learn how arbitrators without prior knowledge of arbitration were chosen to Legally Abuse the claimants who participated in several government-endorsed arbitrations. Crimes were committed spuriously to benefit those who funded the arbitrations. The double-dealing actions of the arbitrator and his arbitration project manager were nothing less than evil and unscrupulous deceit. Read about the rampant fraud and gross misconduct throughout these arbitration and mediation processes. Lawbreaking villainy did not stop during these government-endorsed processes, whereas corruption and treachery continued after the arbitration and mediation processes were concluded.

Learn about horrendous crimes, unscrupulous public servants, corrupt politicians and the lawyers who control the legal profession in Australia. This is the story of my battle with a telecommunications giant and the Australian Government. This struggle has twisted and turned, since 1992, through elected governments, government departments, regulatory bodies, the judiciary and the Australian telecommunications giant, Telstra (see Australian Federal Police Investigations 1 and 2  Australian Federal Police Investigations),

Legal abuse has become a standard tool used within the seat of arbitration in Australia, where fraud and maleficent conduct, corruption and evil wrongdoing thwarted justice for the Casualties of Telstra, who took their valid claims to arbitration. Read my story, Absent Justice, to learn about these horrendous crimes and who was involved.

“I am writing in reference to your article in last Friday’s Herald-Sun (2nd April 1993) about phone difficulties experienced by businesses.

I wish to confirm that I have had problems trying to contact Cape Bridgewater Holiday Camp over the past 2 years.

I also experienced problems while trying to organise our family camp for September this year. On numerous occasions I have rung from both this business number 053 424 675 and also my home number and received no response – a dead line.

I rang around the end of February (1993) and twice was subjected to a piercing noise similar to a fax. I reported this incident to Telstra who got the same noise when testing.”

“A number of people seem to be experiencing some or all of the problems which you have outlined to me. …

“Only I know from personal experience that your story is true, otherwise I would find it difficult to believe. I was amazed and impressed with the thorough, detailed work you have done in your efforts to find justice”
